Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of warehouse labour/helpers.
Allocate manpower for loading, unloading, picking, packing, shifting, stacking, and dispatch activities.
Plan and distribute daily work among labourers as per warehouse requirements.
Monitor labour attendance, absenteeism, shift timings, and overtime.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and improve workforce productivity.
Supervise loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure proper handling, stacking, and movement of materials to avoid damage.
Coordinate with the Warehouse/Stores team for smooth material movement.
Ensure materials are stored at designated locations and proper housekeeping is maintained.
