Factory Helper (Male)

Role Summary

The Collection Hero will be responsible for visiting assigned restaurants, hotels, and food outlets to collect used cooking oil, ensure accurate data entry through the mobile application, and coordinate closely with the CRM and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned restaurants, hotels, and food outlets as per daily route plan.

• Collect used cooking oil safely and hygienically from customers.

• Ensure correct weighing and handling of collected oil.

• Punch collection details in the mobile application accurately and in real time.

• Coordinate with the CRM team regarding collection schedules, customer issues, and updates.

• Maintain proper records and acknowledgments from customers where required.

• Follow company safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines during collection.

• Build and maintain good relationships with restaurant and hotel staff.

• Report any discrepancies, complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor.

• Ensure timely completion of daily targets and routes.

Working Hours

• Duty Hours: 12 hours per day

• Weekly off as per company policy

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and mobile apps

• Good communication skills and customer-handling ability

• Physically fit to handle oil containers

• Willingness to travel locally and work in field operations

• Prior experience in field collection, delivery, or logistics will be an added advantage

• Must follow company discipline and SOPs

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
