Dispatch Executive

Responsibilities:

• Executing daily inspection procedures to identify and validate good quality plants and products prior to packaging and dispatch.

• Overseeing and managing the entire dispatch process for all daily customer orders, including generating necessary documentation.

• Collaborating with the logistics team to prepare shipments and ensuring seamless daily handover to transport partners.

• Ensuring there are no breaches in fulfilment and maintaining timely compliance on external e-commerce portals for shipments.

• Maintaining accurate records of daily dispatches and sharing required reports/MIS with the management or other teams on a timely basis.

• Performing other roles as assigned, based on performance and evolving requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce order processing, warehouse dispatch, or a related logistics role.

• Prior work experience with a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand will be preferred.

• A foundational background in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a plant-related field is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with Advanced Excel is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in using computers for inventory and record management is necessary.

• Good communication skills.
