Plan and schedule dispatch operations based on customer orders, priority levels, and route efficiency.
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, shipping labels, and reports.
Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and prevent delays.
Manage daily dispatch records, maintain logs, and update ERP or dispatch management systems.
Handle customer queries, provide delivery updates, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during dispatch operations.
Coordinate with the logistics team for optimizing routes and reducing transportation costs.
Report delays, discrepancies, and operational problems to management.
