Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock & Dispatch Executive to manage daily inventory records, coordinate dispatch activities, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The candidate should have basic knowledge of stock handling, documentation, and dispatch procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Check and verify items as per invoices and delivery challans.

• Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, packing list, e-way bill, etc.).

• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.

• Ensure proper packaging and labelling before dispatch.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock audits and physical verification.

• Update stock register or ERP system regularly.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.

• Handle returns, damaged goods, and maintain related documentation.

• Report stock discrepancies to the supervisor or accounts department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in stock handling and dispatch.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI preferred.
