Job Role

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Operations to manage daily operations, pilot (rider/driver) management, order flow, ground execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery pilots: attendance, performance, payouts & discipline

• Allocate orders and ensure on-time pickup & delivery

• Monitor live orders on dashboard & handle escalations

• Onboard & train new pilots (app + SOP)

• Track pilot activation & daily productivity

• Analyze daily/weekly data & improve fleet efficiency

• Conduct field visits, route checks & resolve on-ground issues

Skills Required

• 1–3 years experience in logistics/delivery operations (Porter preferred)

• Strong communication (Hindi + Basic English)

• Dashboard/operations app handling

• Ability to manage field escalations & pressure

• Team handling experience (mandatory)
