Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

·Coordinate with Management, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Clients, and other stakeholders.

·Handle international and domestic order tracking from order receipt to delivery.

·Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Documentation teams for timely order execution.

·Monitor order progress and resolve delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues.

·Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders regarding order status and delivery schedules.

·Manage employees across shifts, including manpower allocation, performance, attendance, and discipline.

·Ensure proper shift handover and smooth operational continuity.

·Prepare and maintain order trackers, MIS, operational reports, and documentation.

·Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

·Support management in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

·3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, order management, supply chain, logistics or a similar role.

·Experience in an automotive warehouse will be preferred.

·Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

·Good team-handling and people-management skills, including shift management.

·Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
