Qualification need to be minimum Diploma/Graduation
Candidate should be 4 to 10 years’ experience in HORECA industry
Candidate should be excellent command verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate should have Administrative skills
Salary – 40,000/- to 50,000/-

Job Responsibility
· Planning and Execution:
Developing and implementing menus, forecasting demand, managing inventory, and overseeing all F&B operations.
· Staff Management:
Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating F&B staff, ensuring they provide excellent service and maintain high standards.
· Financial Management:
Managing the F&B budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability
· Customer Service:
Ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, and providing excellent service
· Quality Control:
Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
· Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and other relevant regulations
· Vendor Relations:
Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality for food and beverage supplies
· Marketing and Promotions:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's F&B offerings and drive revenue.
· Event Management:
Planning and executing events, banquets, and catering services.
· Continuous Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement, implementing new strategies, and staying up-to-date on industry trends
