Job Title: Shift Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Locations: Pune - Hinjewadi, Sinhgad, Bavdhan, Pimpri, Viman Nagar etc

Salary: Upto ₹3 LPA + Store Incentives + Accidental Insurance + Food/Food Allowance + Loyalty Bonus (after 18 months)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage employee schedules, shifts, and time-off requests.

2. Assign duties, monitor progress, and provide feedback.

3. Resolve customer and employee complaints.

4. Meet daily sales/production targets.

5. Ensure recipe adherence and quality control.

6. Prepare COGS reports.

7. Minimize waste and optimize packaging.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of food and beverage service industry experience.

2. Previous Shift Supervisor or similar role experience.

3. Industry safety standards knowledge.

4. Basic software skills (Word, Excel).

5. Physical stamina for long hours and occasional heavy lifting.

6. Team-oriented mindset.

7. Food safety and danger zone knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working in QSR (Dominos Pizza, Pizza Hut, Burger King, McDonald's, KFC).

2. Ability to travel to any location across Hyderabad.

3. Bike ownership.

4. Strong communication skills.

5. Inventory management skills.

6. Food cost and wastage cost management skills.

7. P&L management experience.
