We are looking for a highly visual, forward-thinking Graphic Designer to take ownership of our brand's digital presence. You will do more than execute assigned tasks; you will actively conceptualize visual stories, build a content strategy, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and prepare comprehensive content strategies and campaign calendars.
Post & Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and digital assets optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Video Editing: Conceptualize, shoot/source, and edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, promos) with dynamic transitions and captions.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate Vypin Business Solutions' visual identity across all communication channels. [1]
Cross-Functional Flexibility: Go beyond basic briefs by suggesting creative improvements, iterating on designs based on data, and adapting to dynamic business needs.
Essential Requirements & Tools
Proficiency: Expert level in using Canva (especially Canva Pro features like Brand Hub, Magic Resize, and Magic Write).
Video Editing: Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve for fluid video editing and motion graphics.
Design Tools: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to supplement Canva workflows is a strong plus.
Creative Thinking: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent color theory, typography, and an eye for modern design trends.
Mindset: A strategic, proactive thinker who is flexible and eager to take on new challenges outside their immediate comfort zone.
