🎥 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end video podcast production — from raw footage to final upload-ready output.

• Edit long-format podcast videos and short-form reels for YouTube and social media.

• Work closely with the creative and camera team to maintain visual storytelling style.

• Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, and motion effects for dynamic presentation.

• Maintain consistency with Bol Marathi’s visual tone and brand identity.

• Handle basic sound correction and color grading.

• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality edits under deadlines.
  
  🧠 Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

  • Understanding of social media trends, especially YouTube and Instagram Reels.

  • Creative mindset with attention to pacing, tone, and storytelling.

  • Minimum 1 year experience for Video Editor; 3+ years for Senior Video Editor.

  • Basic knowledge of Marathi language and culture is a plus.
