Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the tour and travel industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of popular domestic destinations such as Char Dham, Kashmir, Spiti Valley, Ladakh, Manali, and other holiday/adventure tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell tour packages to prospective customers.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and booking details.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
At least 6 months of experience in travel sales.
Good knowledge of Char Dham, Kashmir, Spiti, Ladakh, Manali, and other domestic tour destinations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is an added advantage.
