Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused experienced Tele sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential business clients, promoting our products and services, generating qualified leads, and closing sales over the phone while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Present and explain the company's products and services effectively.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and campaign execution.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible for this role.

• Experience in IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar B2B lead generation and sales platforms will be considered a strong advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong persuasive, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools.

• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant telesales/inside sales/B2B sales experience is mandatory. Candidates with prior experience working on IndiaMART or TradeIndia will be given preference.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
