Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant for our tour and travel company in Dehradun. The candidate should have hands-on experience in selling and handling domestic tour packages, especially Char Dham Yatra, Kashmir, Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Manali, Himachal, Uttarakhand.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Design and customize domestic holiday packages according to customer requirements.
Expertise in Char Dham Yatra, Kashmir, Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Manali, Himachal, and Uttarakhand packages.
Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, hotels, transport, sightseeing, permits, and travel guidelines.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and local suppliers for smooth tour operations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer queries and support clients before and during travel

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
