About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive who can generate revenue through IT sales, including services such as Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Promotion, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proven track record in telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote IT products and services.

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions (websites, SEO, digital marketing, etc.).

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities.

• Maintain a database of client information, follow up regularly, and build long-term relationships.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective sales campaigns.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi.

• Strong understanding of IT services such as Website Development, SEO, SMO, and Digital Marketing.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing/Business/IT).

• Minimum 1-5 years of telesales experience, preferably in IT sales or digital marketing services.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
