We are looking for a dedicated Telesales executive with expertise in the Hospital Industry sector to join our team at George Global in Kolkata, located at Bhawanipore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 15000-18000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Speak with customers/patients over phone and promote healthcare services

- Clearly explain the benefits of various healthcare packages

- Convert leads into confirmed bookings

- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Bengali and hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Higher Secondary Education.
