Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Business/Team Development Manager with expertise in the Life Insurance sector to join our team at Kotak Mahindra in Kolkata, located at Rabindra Sadan. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹45000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements:

This position requires 12th Pass & above, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
