Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to drive lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for building customer relationships.
· Key Responsibilities
Ø Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
Ø Convert leads into sales by explaining Switchkart’s services and offerings.
Ø Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and customer details.
Ø Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups.
Ø Work with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
Ø Provide timely feedback on customer trends, objections, and market needs.
Ø Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
Ø Education: Any Graduate or PUC can apply
Ø Experience: 0–2 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Relationship Management (freshers may also apply).
Ø Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Ø Skills:
o Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
o Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
o Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
o Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
