Job Responsibilities
• Follow up on leads, build customer relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the respective financial products
• Address customer questions, provide accurate information, and professionally handle concerns
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in a CRM system.
• Have complete knowledge of company products, policies, and those of competitors.
• Make Quotation for Financial products.
• Handle renewable client and generate the leads.
• Take and process orders and maintain accurate customer databases.
