Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve effectiveness.

• Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize revenue generation.

• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.

• Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, motivate staff, and resolve challenges.

• Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales executives as required.
