💼 Experience: 1+ Year (Inside Sales/EdTech/Tele-Sales preferred)
🕒 Work Mode: Full-Time | 6 Days Working (Monday & Tuesday Off)
💻 Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop

💰 Salary: ₹5.5 LPA (or 15–20% hike on last CTC)

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join a fast-growing EdTech company across multiple locations. The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right educational program.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and chat to explain EdTech products and services.
Convert inquiries into sales enrollments by effectively pitching the program benefits.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead details.
Provide timely follow-ups to nurture leads and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Must own a personal laptop.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi proficiency required).
Target-driven, persuasive, and highly motivated for sales.
Ability to handle high-volume calls and convert leads effectively.
Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday & Tuesday will be weekly offs).
