Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Experience

• ​2 to ​4 years of experience in B2B Telesales.

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Languages Required

• English (Mandatory)

• Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi (Candidates who know multiple languages will be preferred.)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.

• ​Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Undergraduate (with relevant experience).

• 1.5–2 years of ​B2B Tele Sales experience.

• Comfortable working from the Bangalore office.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
