Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets, generate site visits, convert leads into bookings, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct daily team meetings and review performance.
Monitor individual sales activities, site visits, and conversions.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and project knowledge.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the team.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve team sales and revenue targets.
Generate and convert leads through various marketing channels.
Ensure timely follow-up of all leads and customer inquiries.
Assist team members in closing high-value sales opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase site visits and bookings.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure customers receive accurate project information.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track lead conversion ratios and site visit performance.
Analyze sales trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and MIS systems.
Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, CRM, and channel partner teams.
Support promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
Ensure smooth communication between management and the sales team.
