About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Intern to support smooth engagement with our network of doctors and healthcare professionals. This role involves managing structured telephonic interactions to ensure timely communication, accurate information flow, and effective coordination between doctors and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured outbound calls to doctors for service-related coordination.
Handle inbound queries from doctors with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system/CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, and business) for escalations or information requests.
Share timely feedback and insights from doctors with the team for process improvements.
Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards in all communications.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, feedback, and issue resolution.
Requirements
Graduate with 0–1 years of experience in operations, customer engagement, or support roles.
Excellent communication and listening skills (English and Hindi)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle professional conversations with empathy, accuracy, and courtesy.
Willingness to work in a target-driven yet service-oriented environment.
