Promote products/services:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Generate leads:
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for the external sales team.
Build customer relationships:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through active listening and empathy.
Handle customer inquiries:
Answer product-related questions and provide solutions to customer needs.
Maintain records:
Accurately document customer information, purchase orders, interactions, and sales data in a database or CRM system.
Meet sales targets:
Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas and contribute to team sales goals.
Provide feedback:
Keep customers updated on new offerings and record their reactions and feedback for product development.
Adhere to scripts and strategies:
Follow established sales scripts and strategies, but be able to improvise when necessary to meet customer needs.
