Role Summary
The Enrollment & Telesales Associate is responsible for initiating contact with prospective students via phone, clearly explaining the Academy's programs and the guaranteed admission benefit, and converting qualified leads into enrolled students. This role requires exceptional persuasive skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to maintain enthusiasm over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telesales and Lead Generation (Core Focus)
• Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing channels (e.g., website inquiries, referrals).
• Pitch Delivery: Articulate the Academy's unique value proposition, specifically highlighting the expert coaching and guaranteed admission into professional courses.
• Conversion: Persuade and guide leads through the enrollment process, securing commitments and payments to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Inquiry Management: Handle inbound calls, addressing questions related to courses, eligibility, fee structure, and the enrollment guarantee.
2. Student Consultation and Program Matching
• Needs Assessment: Briefly assess the prospect's academic background and career goals over the phone to determine the most suitable professional course pathway.
• Information Dissemination: Clearly explain the academic requirements, necessary entrance exams, and the support services provided by Grand Scholars Academy.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule consultation appointments for qualified leads with senior counselors or academic experts when necessary.
3. Data Management and Reporting
• CRM Management: Accurately log all call activities, outcomes, and follow-up notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Reporting: Prepare daily call reports and sales performance summaries for management review.
• Follow-up: Implement systematic follow-up strategies to nurture leads that are not immediately ready to enroll.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
• Eligibility: Minimum of 10th pass or equivalent. Higher education is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Outbound Customer Service, preferably in the education or service industry.
• Communication: Excellent command of [Specify Language(s), e.g., English and Hindi], with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone demeanor.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales over the phone.
