Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-focused to join our Sales team and help drive business growth.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Explain the company's services and offerings clearly and effectively
Maintain and update client databases and call records regularly
Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
Follow up on warm leads and existing client queries
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Work closely with the Inside Sales team to support campaign execution
1 to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling objections and building rapport quickly
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing services (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM usage is a plus)
Target-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn
