We are looking for a Telesales Executive / Health advisor to join our team Diagnobuddy.in Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers Rs. 10000-12000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers via phone to sell products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Answer customer queries and resolve doubts to encourage a purchase.
  Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM software.

• Build long-term relationships with repeat or potential customers.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

• Upsell or cross-sell related products when possible.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and Fresher /Experience Both. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days workingduring the 8 hrs shift.
