Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
Explain products and generate sales through customer interactions
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful orders
Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Sales
Experience in wellness, hygiene, personal care, baby care, or FMCG products preferred
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong follow-up and customer handling ability
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage
