Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, primarily targeting employers, to promote and sell salary accounts for their employees.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow up on existing prospects.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Familiarity with the sales process, including lead management and achieving targets.
