Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential customers and retailers from provided databases.
● Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
● Generate interest and convert leads into sales opportunities.
● Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/tools.
● Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
● Coordinate with field sales teams for lead closures when required.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Share market feedback and customer insights with the management team.
Requirements
● 6 months–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
● Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
● Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
● Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
