Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives handling Personal Loan products
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure team performance meets KPIs
• Monitor calls, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve conversion rates
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality customer interaction
• Track performance metrics such as lead conversion ratio, TAT, and revenue generation
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and process improvement
