Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Expert to join our Loan Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote loan products.
Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: PUC / Diploma / Undergraduate – Any Graduate.

Experience: Prior experience in telesales or loan or insurance sales is required.

Languages: Hindi (fluent) and English (basic proficiency).

Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month + Incentives (No PF)
