About Gallerina Designs
Gallerina Designs is a web design and digital marketing studio in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. In five years we have built more than 100 websites, online stores and apps for over 70 clients, and we run SEO, social media and ad campaigns for many of them.
The role
You will call businesses from a prospect list we give you and book short calls between them and our developers. You do not need to close sales or quote prices. We offer every business that is a good fit a free demo website before they pay anything, which makes the conversation easier to start.
What you will do
Make around 180 calls a day to business owners
Explain what we do and book a 15-minute call with our developer
Send calendar invites and WhatsApp reminders for every meeting you book
Update every call and outcome in our Google Sheet
Who we are looking for
Fluent spoken Kannada and English
Living in Karnataka (work from home)
Freshers welcome; up to 2 years of telecalling or sales experience is a plus
Comfortable using Google Sheets
A quiet place to work, a laptop or smartphone, and a stable internet connection
Pay
Rs 15,000 to Rs 18,000 fixed salary per month, based on experience
Meeting bonus of Rs 150 to Rs 350 per qualified meeting, once you reach the monthly target
5% commission on payments from every client you bring in, no upper limit
Rs 350 monthly data allowance; work SIM provided
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, work from home. Full-time, with a 3-month probation period.
