Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Contact customers to explain Apollo insurance products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Generate sales by converting leads into policy purchases.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow company guidelines and regulatory compliance during the sales process.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain (mandatory).
Good communication skills in English and any one regional language.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willing to work from the office and in rotational shifts, if required.
