Job Description

Job Title: Team leader / Sr Team Leader

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and guidance to the agents to enhance their business development skills, sales techniques, and overall performance.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with agents to assess their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop tailored action plans to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with the sales team and agents to identify key target markets, industry trends, and customer needs, and develop strategies to capitalize on business opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs, workshops, and materials to enhance the distributors' knowledge and skills.
Analyse data, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify potential areas for business growth and make strategic recommendations to the agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies with overall company objectives.
Stay updated on industry best practices, new sales techniques, and emerging technologies relevant to B2C sales. Share knowledge and insights with the sales team and agents to enhance their effectiveness.
Monitor the agents ’ performance, providing regular updates and insights to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience as a Team leader preferably in a B2C environment.
Strong knowledge of B2C sales strategies, Dailers, and business development techniques.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with individuals at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
A proactive, self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of their work.

Preference for applicants from Mutual Funds, Insurance or BPO background.
