Position: Team Leader – Outbound Sales
Location: Noida Sector 142 (Work From Office)
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 days working (1 rotational week off)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 10+ outbound sales executives
Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and business goals
Monitor productivity, call quality, and conversion metrics
Manage attrition, shrinkage, and team engagement
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
Ensure adherence to sales processes and timelines

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in BPO
At least 1+ year of experience as Team Leader (on papers) in outbound sales
Strong team handling and target management skills
