Vidya Setu Institute is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors for PhD sales and counselling. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding PhD programs, handling admissions, follow-ups, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals regarding PhD programs and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Explain course details, university options, eligibility criteria, and fee structure to prospective candidates.
Maintain regular communication with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and student interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Prior experience in academic counselling or education sales is preferred.
Experience in PhD sales/counselling will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate preferred.
Salary
₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
