Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of health insurance sales executives.
Drive the team to achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Monitor and improve sales performance through coaching and feedback.
Support the team in handling escalations, complex customer queries, and closing high-value leads.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Regularly report team performance and sales metrics to management.
Foster a positive work environment with motivation, support, and continuous training.
Stay updated on health insurance products, competition, and market trends.
