ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Loan Sales to manage and drive a team of Relationship Managers / Telecallers for sourcing Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans (HL), LAP, etc. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, target orientation, and hands-on experience in loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/telecallers
Assign daily/weekly targets and ensure achievement
Handle team productivity, attendance, and performance tracking
Support team in lead conversion and customer follow-ups
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for case login and disbursement
Maintain MIS, daily sales reports, and pipeline tracking
Train new joiners on product knowledge and sales process
Ensure compliance with company and banking policies
Resolve team issues and escalations
Drive revenue growth and improve conversion ratios
