Job Description

We invite applications for a Team Leader Position at Andromeda Sales & Distribution. The official shall be required to ensure that he and his team earns incentives every month by helping customers get loans from leading bank such as ICICI,HDFC,IDFC and NBFCs such as Aditya Birla Capital,Bajaj Finserv,Tata Capital and achieve monthly numbers. The candidate shall be free to hire,develop his team,processes loans. He shall make his team members process loans.

The official will have to manage data ,distribution of the same among team and ensure conversion.The data needs to be preserved. The Team leader shall have a defined career path leading him to Branch Manager,Cluster Manager, Regional Manager, Zonal Manager roles.
