Responsible for leading and supervising a team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts, minimizing credit risk, and improving collection efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Set performance targets and monitor achievement.

• Train, guide, and motivate staff for optimal performance.

• Handle escalated cases and negotiate repayment solutions.

• Analyze collection reports and recommend process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Coordinate with legal or external agencies on recovery matters.

• Report regularly to management on recovery status and KPIs..

• Candidate must have experience in collection and recovery department
