Educational Counsellor (Telesales)

• Calling potential leads (provided by the company) and introducing them to our courses.

• Explaining course details, addressing queries, and guiding prospects to book their seats.

• Updating call status, follow-up details, and notes in real time on the provided Google Sheet.

• Attending scheduled virtual meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Previous telesales/telecalling or counselling experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

• Professional, polite, and persuasive approach.

• Laptop/PC with a stable internet connection and headset.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
