Telecalling Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, services, or campaigns.

• Deliver prepared sales scripts and adjust as needed to engage customers effectively.

• Identify customer needs and provide accurate product or service information.

• Generate and qualify leads, setting appointments for sales teams where applicable.

• Maintain customer databases and update records of calls, outcomes, and feedback.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and potential improvements.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
