Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining company products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle inbound customer inquiries

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally

• Generate and qualify sales leads

• Follow up with interested customers

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain proper call records and update CRM

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Ability to handle rejection positively

• Previous telesales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
