Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Debt Settlement team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling financially distressed clients, explaining debt relief solutions, and converting leads into enrolled customers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound leads of customers facing loan/credit card debt issues.
Explain company services such as:
- Debt Settlement
- Loan Restructuring
- Harassment Handling
- Legal Support
Understand customer financial problems and suggest suitable solutions.
Convert prospects into paid clients through effective counseling.
Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
Update CRM with call notes, payment status, and client records.
Coordinate with operations & legal team for client onboarding.
🔹 Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English required).
- Strong convincing & negotiation ability.
- Tele-sales / BFSI / Loan background preferred.
- Ability to handle distressed or emotional customers.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
