Key Responsibilities
• Conduct induction training for new sales employees.
• Provide product and process training to new and existing sales staff.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and sales scripts.
• Train employees on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Monitor sales calls and provide feedback for improvement.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and sales data.
• Conduct refresher training sessions regularly.
• Ensure sales teams follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and Management to improve team performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking.
• Maintain training records and reports.
