• Calling customers to explain Car Against Loan / Top-Up on Existing Car Loan

• Understanding customer’s requirements & providing suitable loan offers

• Collecting basic documents via WhatsApp from customers

• Co-ordinating with Banks & Sales Team till loan disbursement

• Updating CRM / daily follow-up records

✔ Explain loan schemes, interest rate, tenure, eligibility & benefits

✔ Assist customers from application till sanction/disbursement

✔ Achieve monthly sales & incentive targets
