Job Summary:

The telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential donors via phone calls, explaining the NGO’s mission and ongoing projects, and encouraging financial contributions or support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to individuals, corporates, or existing donor databases
Explain the NGO’s cause, campaigns, and impact in a compelling way
Request donations or sponsorships for ongoing projects
Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
Follow up with interested donors for contributions or commitments
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, and contributions
Meet daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets
Handle donor queries and provide necessary information politely
Coordinate with the fundraising team for campaign updates
