Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into memberships, maintaining follow-ups, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion- Handle inbound/outbound calls.- Convert leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, referrals, and walk-ins.- Maintain follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.- Recommend suitable fitness plans based on customer goals.
2. Customer Engagement- Explain membership plans, offers, and benefits.- Manage objections and provide correct solutions.- Build rapport with customers to increase conversion.
3. Sales Targets & Reporting- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Update CRM/Sheets with accurate lead status.- Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR).
4. Coordination with Teams- Coordinate with front desk, fitness team, and managers.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding.- Follow up on pending payments and renewals.
5. Process & Compliance- Follow sales SOPs and approved scripts.- Maintain professionalism and communication etiquette.- Ensure customer data confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred).-
Strong communication & convincing skills.- Fluency in Hindi & English.- Basic computer knowledge.
